ban	Bans a member	a?ban <@user> [reason]
kick	Kicks a member	a?kick <@user> [reason]
mute	Mutes a member	a?mute <@user> [reason]
unmute	Unmutes a member	a?unmute <@user> [reason]
tempmute	Mutes a member for a specified duration	a?tempmute <@user> <duration> [reason]
hackban	Bans a user that isn't in the server	a?hackban <user ID> [reason]

You can add -nodm at the end of your moderation command to make Arctic not notify the member targeted in the moderation command.
